The second-annual "Amgen Tour of California Women's Criterium Cycling Race 2009" was held on February 15th in Santa Rosa, California (USA).
The winner was the current Swedish National Champion Emilia Fahlin. Emilia Fahlin is also the youngest member from Team "Columbia-Highroad".
Second place went to Lauren Tamayo (USA), Team TIBCO, and third place honors were awarded to Rachel Lloyd (USA), Team Proman.
